The room had a great terrace with a park view, perfect for a relaxing morning. The ambiance near the water fountain added to the charm of the stay.

The room wasn’t properly attended with issues like dirty socks left behind and a non-functioning extractor fan. Noise was a major disruption due to being opposite the cleaners’ office, making it hard to enjoy any peace despite the attempt to use the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign.

Sweet as stay! Our room was top-notch. clean and comfy with a lovely park view. Only bummer was the parking fees, felt a bit steep. Breakfast was pretty decent too!

This Mercure stay was very pleasant overall, particularly due to the beautiful room that offered a south-east facing balcony overlooking the marina. The location is excellent, with easy access to both Deauville and Trouville, making it convenient for exploring. The room was well-decorated and maintained to a high standard, which contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was tranquil, and the attention to cleanliness was commendable.

The entrance had a step that might be challenging for wheelchair users.

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Deauville Centre! The room was a Privilege Double Room with a balcony and offered a stunning park view. The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The decoration was lovely, and the mini fridge was perfect for storing drinks. I slept great thanks to the comfortable bed!
